Martin Dwyer aims for Breeders' Cup return

The Derby-winning jockey is on the sidelines after undergoing two operations to repair the damage to his elbow and thumb sustained when he was unseated by Red Lite in the second division of the Aston Flamville Fillies' Nursery at Leicester on Monday.
It was thought he would miss the remainder of the season, but Dwyer wants to be back riding in time to partner Dangerous Midge in the Breeders' Cup Turf on November 6.
"I've only got the use of four fingers, which is making life interesting," he explained.
"I broke the thumb and the hand below my thumb. It's been operated on and they've rewired it because it was a bit of a mess - a bit like a Crunchie bar, the surgeon said.
