Magician produced a devastating late kick to gun down The Fugue in Saturday's Grade I Breeders' Cup Turf.
Longshot Teaks North took the early initiative with Little Mike in close pursuit. Last year's winner took the lead but it was short-lived with The Fugue ranging up on the outside.
The Fugue kicked clear in the lane but Magician pulled a rabbit out of the hat and rolled down the middle of the turf course for the upset victory.
Indy Point finished 3rd for trainer Richard Mandella and Point of Entry finshed a credible 4th.
