Live: Belmont Stakes 2022 post-position draw

The field is about to be set for Belmont Stakes 2022. See how the contenders will line up in the starting gate for the final leg of this year's Triple Crown. The post-position draw will be televised Tuesday at 11 a.m. EDT. Handicappers Ed DeRosa and Sara Elbadwi will host the draw live on the Horse Racing Nation YouTube channel and will discuss the field as it takes shape.

Eight horses are expected to contest the 1 1/2-mile test Saturday. Kentucky Derby winner Rich Strike returns after skipping the Preakness, as do fellow Derby contenders Mo Donegal and Barber Road. Both Skippylongstocking and Creative Minister come in from the Preakness. Kentucky Oaks runner-up Nest adds intrigue as a filly taking on the boys. We the People and Golden Glider return after finishing 1-2 in the Peter Pan Stakes (G3).
