Lisa's Booby Trap runs third at Finger Lakes

Lisa’s Booby Trap, who emerged as a sentimental fan favorite over the summer, finished third in a 5½-furlong race in her return to racing at Finger Lakes on Friday.

Owned and trained by Tim Snyder, who named the three-year-old Drewman filly after his late wife, Lisa’s Booby Trap won her first three career starts, all at Finger Lakes, by a combined total of 36¾ lengths. She followed with a six-length win in the Loudonville Stakes on August 6 at Saratoga Race Course before finishing last of ten in the Riskaverse Stakes there on September 2 in her first start on turf.
