There are a number of reasons why the racing industry surely owes a
debt of gratitude to both Zenyatta and Blame for the show they put on
in the Breeders' Cup Classic.
One of them, which gets overshadowed by the heated Horse of the
Year debate, is that the final race of Day Two of the Breeders' Cup
helped erase some of the sting from what happened in the final race of
Day One of the Breeders' Cup.
