It has been a banner year for leading first-crop sire American Pharoah with 18 winners from 49 horses to race, including at least three likely Breeders' Cup contenders.

Given further potential, his stud fee remained to-be-announced by Coolmore's Ashford Stud on Monday as other sires' 2020 prices were listed.

It's expected American Pharoah will lead the roster with his Triple Crown-winning counterpart, Justify, remaining at $150,000 as we await his first horses through the sales ring. Uncle Mo, at $125,000, also stands for six figures with fees payable live foal stand and nurse.

As for the 2015 Horse of the Year American Pharoah, his legacy continues improving as more progeny arrive to the races.

His yearlings are selling for an average of $441,959, and those to race have won three graded stakes, adding to $1.46 million in earnings.

Second on the first-crop sire list is Constitution, standing at WinStar Farm, who has 14 winners, three graded winners and progeny to have earned $1.4 million.

No other freshman sire has eclipsed the $1 million mark.

American Pharoah stands to finish his season strong -- and perhaps up his anticipated stud fee -- pending Breeders' Cup results that will see American Theorem (Juvenile), Sweet Melania (Juvenile Fillies Turf) and Four Wheel Drive (Juvenile Turf Sprint) contend Nov. 1 at Santa Anita Park.
