Lady's Secret Likely for Blind Luck

Six-time grade I winner Blind Luck turned in a seven-furlong breeze Sept. 21 at Hollywood Park, a solid tune-up for her next race Oct. 1. She covered the distance in 1:26 1/5.

Co-owner and trainer Jerry Hollendorfer said that next race would likely be the $250,000 Lady’s Secret (gr. I) at Santa Anita Park. The 4-year-old daughter of Pollard's Vision was also nominated to the $350,000 Beldame Stakes (gr. I) at Belmont Park on the same day, but from a logistical standpoint the Lady’s Secret makes more sense, he said.
