King of the Roxy returns in the pink

On a day when camels, ostriches, Calvin Borel and an overflow crowd threatened to steal the show, King of the Roxy returned from a 15-month layoff to add the winner's purse of $30,000 to his already hefty $536,734 in lifetime earnings.

"I had the best horse in the race, but after being off a year or whatever, I wasn't sure what to expect," said jockey Orlando Mojica Jr., who rode King of the Roxy for the first time.
