The Hard Spun colt trained by Brad Cox earned 10 points for the win, adding to the 3 he earned with his third-place finish in the Grade 2 Remsen. The only other win for Drum Roll Please came when he broke his maiden during the Belmont at the Big A meet after two tries at Saratoga.
