Five long shots in the current Las Vegas futures for Kentucky Derby 2024 had timed workouts Wednesday morning.
Rathmore, The Big Torpedo and Coulditbemajic are each 150-1, Tapalo 350-1 and Regalo 400-1 in Nevada’s fixed odds.

Rathmore (Cupid) worked four furlongs in 50.2 seconds at Tampa Bay Downs on Wednesday morning. It was the 24th fastest of 35 works at the distance. His previous work was six days ago going four furlongs at Tampa Bay Downs. In his last start he placed third in the Pasco going seven furlongs on the main track at Tampa Bay Downs on Jan. 13 for trainer Tom Albertrani.
The Big Torpedo (Big Brown) worked four furlongs in 50.3 seconds at Belmont Park on Wednesday morning. It was the 65th fastest of 104 works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race. In his last start he won a maiden race going one mile on the main track at Aqueduct on Jan. 13 for trainer Tom Morley.
Coulditbemajic (Kantharos) worked three furlongs in 40.0 seconds at Oaklawn on Wednesday morning. It was the slowest of 18 works at the distance. His previous work was 98 days ago going five furlongs at Churchill Training. In his last start he placed fifth in an allowance race going 6 1/2 furlongs on the main track at Churchill Downs on Sept. 15 for trainer Terry Brennan.
Tapalo (Tapiture) worked five furlongs in 59.6 seconds at Santa Anita on Wednesday morning. It was the third fastest of 61 works at the distance.
