Ahead of Saturday's post-position draw at Churchill Downs, Grade 1 Arkansas Derby winner Renegade remained the Kentucky Derby 2026 favorite at both Las Vegas sportsbooks.

Renegade was 3-1 at Caesars Sportsbook on Monday morning, shortened from 7-2, and 7-2 at Westgate, drifted from 3-1. Trained by Todd Pletcher and a son of leading sire Into Mischief, he is 2-for-2 as a 3-year-old after adding the Arkansas Derby to his Sam F. Davis Stakes win in February.

Further Ado moved to 4-1 from 5.5-1 at Caesars but drifted to 7-1 from 5-1 at Westgate. Trained by Brad Cox, the Gun Runner colt won the Blue Grass Stakes (G1) in his final prep.

Commandment was listed at 5-1 at both books. Also trained by Cox and also by Into Mischief, the Florida Derby (G1) winner carries a four-race winning streak to Churchill Downs.

Chief Wallabee shortened to 9-1 at Caesars and to 8-1 at Westgate. Trained by Bill Mott, the Constitution colt was third in the Florida Derby after a runner-up finish in the Fountain of Youth (G2). Mott won last year's Kentucky Derby with Sovereignty, and his son Riley Mott trains Wood Memorial (G2) winner Albus and Virginia Derby winner Incredibolt, setting up a possible father-son trifecta in Louisville.

Danon Bourbon, the Japan road to the Kentucky Derby qualifier, was the biggest mover of the week, cut to 16-1 from 25-1 at Westgate. Golden Tempo also shortened at both books, to 18-1 from 22-1 at Caesars and to 40-1 from 50-1 at Westgate.

Ottinho at 90-1 at Caesars and Grittiness at 200-1 at both books will bypass the Kentucky Derby, according to their connections. Stark Contrast, cut to 50-1 from 100-1 at Westgate, is more likely to line up in the American Turf Stakes (G2) on Derby day, though no official decision has been announced.

Monday marks the last full week to lock in pre-draw prices. After post positions are drawn Saturday, both books will reopen new fixed-odds markets, though the prices will not be as attractive.

The futures at Caesars Sportsbook, which also operates William Hill outlets in Nevada, and at Westgate Superbook are available in person or on an app. They also may be played from out of state through a licensed proxy.
