Complete past performances for Kentucky Derby 2025 are now available free of charge, courtesy of our friends at Brisnet. They can be accessed by clicking here.

The free past performances page also includes data for Friday's Grade 1 Kentucky Oaks and other graded stakes on the undercards both days.

The field for the run for the roses was drawn Saturday evening at Churchill Downs. Santa Anita Derby (G1) winner Journalism was made the 3-1 morning line favorite from post no. 8 with jockey Umberto Rispoli for trainer Mike McCarthy.

Sandman, the Arkansas Derby (G1) winner who attracted the attention of heavy metal band Metallica, will break from post no. 17 at morning line odds of 6-1.

Trainer Bob Baffert returns after a three-year suspension with two speedy contenders in Citizen Bull and Rodriguez. Citizen Bull has drawn the no. 1 post at odds of 20-1, while Wood Memorial (G2) winner Rodriguez got post no. 4 at 12-1 on the morning line. Baffert's Derby hopes will most certainly be involved in the early pace battle.

The Kentucky Derby is race 12 of 14 on Saturday's card, with a post time of 6:57 p.m. EDT. A full field of 20 was drawn, plus one also-eligible. Santa Anita Derby runner-up Baeza is outside looking in unless there is a scratch by Friday morning.
