Already the 2018 Kentucky Derby favorite entering last weekend, Justify left it a Grade 1 winner sporting an even shorter price at the Wynn Las Vegas.

Unbeaten in three starts, the Bob Baffert trainee dropped from 9-2 to 5-2 in the latest odds distributed Monday by the Wynn. The race book also established the Santa Anita Derby winner as an 8-1 shot to also sweep the Preakness and Belmont Stakes as a Triple Crown winner.

With just 34 horses left on the board for the Kentucky Derby, Blue Grass Stakes winner Good Magic and UAE Derby winner Mendelssohn are now co-second choices at 7-1. Santa Anita Derby runner-up Bolt d’Oro is 8-1 along with Florida Derby winner Audible.

In terms of this weekend’s final round of preps, the favorites offer a bit of value, with Arkansas Derby contender Magnum Moon at 9-1 and Lexington Stakes runner My Boy Jack at 40-1.

Oh, and in case you were wondering, Justify opened at 300-1 at the Wynn.
