Juvenile Fillies Turf Tough to Decipher

If ever there was a mysterious race on the Breeders’ Cup card, it is the Juvenile Fillies Turf. Not only is there a distinct lack of horses and races in this division in North America, but the situation has been exaserbated this season as the two most prominent stakes races leading up to the race, the Miss Grillo in New York and the Jessamine at Keeneland, were both rained off the turf. This makes for a lot of guessing as far as which filly could pop up to take the one-mile test at Santa Anita.
