Joyful Victory bided her time in third under Mike Smith before pouncing on the leaders and rolling to a seven length victory in Sunday's Grade 2 Fantasy Stakes at Oaklawn Park.
The four horse field included an entry and Explosive Disco, coupled with Holy Heavens, set sail for the lead through lively fractions of :22.89 and :46.60. Arienza hit the front after six furlongs in 1:11.42 but Joyful Victory quickly seized command and won for fun.
The Larry Jones trainee stopped the clock in 1:44.74 and paid $3.20.
Arienza held the place and was followed by Holy Heavens and Explosive Disco.
