Jockey Ramsey Zimmerman Suspended

Prairie Meadows stewards on Tuesday suspended jockey Ramsey Zimmerman after he was arrested on five drug and alcohol charges that included felony possession and intent to deliver crack cocaine and heroin.
He
was arrested Monday, with the other charges being operating a motor
vehicle while intoxicated, possession of narcotics, and failure to affix
a drug tax stamp, which is also a felony.
Zimmerman was being held at Polk County jail on Tuesday in lieu of posting a $107,000 bond.
