HorseCenter: Arkansas Derby and Florida Derby picks

This week on HorseCenter, your co-hosts Brian Zipse and Matt Shifman march forward on the 2022 Kentucky Derby trail, offering analysis and picks for two big preps, the Arkansas Derby from Oaklawn Park and the Florida Derby (G1) from Gulfstream Park.

The Arkansas Derby features the appearance of the D. Wayne Lukas filly Secret Oath on the road to the 2022 Kentucky Derby as she faces boys for the first time.

The field of 11 in the Florida Derby features the winners of the all four Derby points races in Florida from this year. Classic Causeway won the Sam F. Davis (G3) and the Tampa Derby (G2), White Abarrio took the Holy Bull (G3), and Simplification was the winner of the Fountain of Youth (G2).
