Hong Kong: AI play in International Jockeys' Championship final

The International Jockeys' Championship is taking place in Hong Kong, hosted at Happy Valley. Normally we're not a fan of the all button, but looking at the AI speed ratings there is almost no difference between the 5th and 12th ranked horses. 

No. 12 Storming Dragon breaks from post 8 with top Australian jockey Rachel King aboard and has the highest AI speed rating with anticipated odds of 4-1. 

Other close contenders include no. 9 Spicy Gold, no. 1 Sugar Sugar and no. 10 Giant Leap ridden by top Hong Kong jockey Zac Purton. After that its a crapshoot, thus the all button for third.
