Here are the final leaderboards for Kentucky Derby, Oaks 2026

The final leaderboard for Kentucky Derby 2026 was pared down to 36 after the last three meaningful qualifiers were run Saturday.

Saturday's Grade 3 Lexington offers 20-10-6-4-2 points to the top five finishers, but that's not enough for any of the starters to be one of the 20 in the gate at Churchill Downs for the run for the roses.

The entries will include the 17 with the most points, with non-restricted earnings as a tie-breaker. Next up are two from the Euro-Mideast road to the Kentucky Derby, one from the Japan road and four also-eligibles.

Commandment, winner of the Florida Derby (G1) and Fountain of Youth (G2) for trainer Brad Cox, holds the no. 1 spot with 150 points. Stablemate Further Ado is second with 135, followed by Renegade, So Happy and Fulleffort.

If the field were drawn today, the four also-eligibles would be Iron Honor, Chief Wallabee, Chip Honcho and Intrepido. But that's likely to change before the draw on April 25.

These rankings, and those for the Kentucky Oaks below, do not include horses who were listed by Churchill Downs as being sidelined, inactive or no longer under consideration for the Derby or Oaks.
