Handicapping Insights: Turf Riders

With all the rain we have had in the Northeast the past month, it's hard to concentrate on turf racing, but the sun will eventually come out and we must be prepared. I always like to look at the jockeys since so much of turf racing depends on a rider saving ground as much as possible and some just seem to be more adept at it than others.
