HRRN to Cover Summit of Speed

The Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN) announced Tuesday, it will return to Calder Casino & Race Course this Saturday to provide exclusive radio coverage of the $1.35 million Summit of Speed.  HRRN’s two hour broadcast will air live from 4:00 – 6:00 ET and include two Breeders’ Cup Challenge races, the Grade 1 Princess Rooney, and the Grade 2 Smile Sprint Handicap.

The HRRN coverage will feature analysis of four graded stakes races on the Calder card, pre and post race interviews, and announcer Bobby Neuman’s live call of each race.  Mike Penna will anchor the HRRN coverage, along with analyst Jude Feld.

Fans can tune-in on HRRN affiliates, and listen online with free live streaming provided on the HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net.  A complete list of affiliates is available on the HRRN site.

In addition to the race coverage, HRRN will host its popular morning talk show, the Equine Forum, live from Calder Casino & Race Course on Saturday morning.  The Equine Forum airs from 8-10 a.m. ET and can be heard on WLXO 96.1 FM in Lexington, KY, and is streamed live at www.horseracingradio.net.
