HRRN Begins Gulfstream Park Stakes Coverage

Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the Eclipse Award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, KY, announced Wednesday that for the seventh consecutive year, they will begin their  yearlong broadcast campaign from Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Florida.  HRRN will be on site to provide exclusive live coverage of five graded stakes this Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday, HRRN will have coverage of the Davona Dale (G2), Sabin Stakes (G3), and Very One (G3) from 3:30-5:30 EST.  The Sabin will feature the return of Eclipse Champion Royal Delta for Hall of Fame trainer Bill Mott, while the Very One is highlighted by Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf hero Perfect Shirl.

Sunday's broadcast will showcase leading Derby prospects in the Grade 2 Fountain of Youth as Breeders' Cup Juvenile runner up Union Rags squares off with Algorithms, winner of the Gulfstream's Holy Bull Stakes earlier in the meet.  HRRN's coverage will air from 4:30-5:30 EST.

HRRN's broadcasts can be heard on Sirius 93 XM 209, as well as on select HRRN affiliates and on the HRRN website, horseracingradio.net. A complete HRRN schedule along with a listing of affiliates and streaming information is available on the HRRN site.

In addition to the live race coverage, HRRN will host its popular morning talk show, the Equine Forum, live from Gulfstream Park on Saturday morning.  The Equine Forum airs from 8-10 a.m. ET and can be heard on HANK 96.1 FM in Lexington, KY, and is streamed live at horseracingradio.net.

Mike Penna will anchor the HRRN coverage along with analyst Jude Feld.  Sean Clancy will provide paddock commentary and interviews.
