Motion's French-bred Crystal Cliffs morning-line favorite in Regret

Michael Dubb, Madaket Stables and Wonder Stables’ recent allowance winner Crystal Cliffs (FR) was made the 3-1 morning line favorite against 12 rivals that were entered in Saturday’s $100,000 Regret (Grade 3).
The French-bred Crystal Cliffs, trained by Graham Motion, made her stateside debut May 31 at Churchill Downs with a 1 3/4-length allowance victory. The 3-year-old filly broke her maiden by eight lengths in France prior to arriving at Motion’s Fair Hill string in early 2020.
The Regret, run at 1 1/8 miles on the Matt Winn Turf Course for 3-year-old fillies, was carded as Race 11 with a post time of 6:20 p.m. (all times Eastern). The other stakes on Saturday are the $500,000 Stephen Foster (G2), $200,000 Fleur de Lis (G2) and $100,000 Bashford Manor presented by TwinSpires.com (G2). First post is 1 p.m.,
All fillies will carry 118 pounds.
