Grade One double for Godolphin

Godolphin enjoyed a super Saturday in America when securing Grade One triumphs at Hollywood Park and Belmont Park.

Hibaayeb set the ball rolling in the Yellow Ribbon Stakes at Hollywood, while Girolamo claimed a first success at the highest level in the Vosburgh Stakes at Belmont.

The former teed up a potential raid at the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf when scoring by a length and Claire Sparkes, assistant to Saeed bin Suroor, said: "She had a great position throughout, and she just keeps staying on, which she did. She just loves that ground."
