While Get Her Number is entered in Monday's $300,000 Texas Derby at Lone Star Park, trainer Peter Miller said the June 5 Belmont Stakes remains a possibility after the Grade 1 winner worked on Tuesday.

Most recently fourth in the April 10 Arkansas Derby (G1), Get Her Number drilled four furlongs in 49.4 seconds at San Luis Rey Downs in north San Diego County. He was among 10 entered on Monday for the 1 1/16 miles Texas Derby and has Florent Geroux booked to ride. However, Miller and owner Gary Barber are still considering a trip to New York instead to contest the final jewel of the Triple Crown.

"Not sure what we are doing yet," Miller told Horse Racing Nation on Tuesday. "He's entered (in the Texas Derby) and we will decide in the next day or two" whether to run in the Belmont.

Get Her Number is among a quartet of Miller-trained horses entered at Lone Star Park on a stakes-filled Memorial Day program. He is joined by C Z Rocket, Laura's Light and Texas Wedge, all of whom are also under consideration for assignments on Belmont Stakes weekend.

However, Miller said that trio "looks like a go for Texas." C Z Rocket, the top sprinter in North America this season, is entered in the $400,000 Sexton Mile (G3); Laura's Light is set for the $200,000 Ouija Board Distaff going a mile on turf; and Texas Wedge will go in the $100,000 Chamberlin Bridge going five furlongs on grass.
