Going Global, who is 7-for-9 on U.S. soil, aims to make it 8-for-10 on Monday while adding a second-top level score to her ledger.

The Phil D’Amato-trained Going Global (8-5) is morning-line favorite for the Grade 1, $400,000 Gamely Stakes. Post time from Santa Anita is 9 p.m. EDT, with TVG showing the 1 1/8-mile turf event for fillies and mares.

Santa Anita also boasts two other Grade 1 races on its Memorial Day card. The $400,000 Hollywood Gold Cup Stakes (G1) at 1 1/4 miles on the dirt goes off at 5:47 p.m. EDT, while the $500,000 Shoemaker Mile Stakes is scheduled for 6:18 p.m. EDT over the lawn.

The Gamely finishes Monday’s 10-race card at Santa Anita. Its eight entrants are most among the three stakes races on tap.

Going Global exits a local victory April 9 in the Royal Heroine Stakes (G2). The 4-year-old Mehmas filly bested a field of four that day under jockey Umberto Rispoli by 1 3/4 lengths.

Jockey Flavien Prat will be up Monday on Going Global, while Rispoli moves over to Ocean Road (4-1) for trainer Brendan Walsh. Prat was aboard last August when Going Global won the Del Mar Oaks (G1), one of six victories she notched last year in eight starts.

D’Amato also trains Going to Vegas (3-1), the second choice on the morning line. She too is a Grade 1 winner, taking the Rodeo Drive Stakes last October at Santa Anita, and was runner-up last out March 26 in the local Santa Ana Stakes (G3).

Ocean Road ships to Southern California for Walsh off a Keeneland allowance win April 15. Mike Puype trains Canoodling (6-1), winner of Santa Anita’s Wilshire Stakes (G3) on May 1. Neige Blanche (6-1) also exits a local Grade 3 win, hers coming May 14 in the Santa Barbara Stakes.
