Friday tab: Mindframe, Zulu Kingdom lead 30 graded winners
Two Grade 1 winners from Kentucky Derby day returned to the work tab Friday for their first drills since those triumphs.
Mindframe, winner of the Grade 1 Churchill Downs Stakes, went four furlongs at Saratoga for trainer Todd Pletcher in an easy 52.2 seconds. The Met Mile (G1) at Saratoga and the Stephen Foster (G1) at Churchill are possibilities for his next start.
Rising 3-year-old turf runner Zulu Kingdom, trained by Chad Brown, worked over the same course and distance in 50.0. He is possible to return in the Pennine Ridge (G3) on June 7 at Saratoga.
