Friday works: Candied leads 22 graded winners on the tab

Candied breezed Friday morning at Palm Beach Downs ahead of her 2025 debut in next Friday's Grade 3 Doubledogdare at Keeneland.

The 4-year-old Candy Ride filly went five furlongs in 1:01.6 for trainer Todd Pletcher, third fastest of four at the distance.

Candied was 1-for-6 last year but finished in the money in all but one start. Her most recent start was a third-place finish in the Breeders' Cup Distaff.
