Friday works: Du Jour is one of 43 graded winners on the tab

The 43 graded-stakes winners who worked Friday morning include two with Grade 1 wins for trainer Bob Baffert.

Du Jour went six furlongs in 1:12.6 at Del Mar, the fastest of three at the distance. After finishing 10th in the 2023 Breeders' Cup Mile, the gelded son of Temple City began his 6-year-old campaign with a win in the Frank E. Kilroe Mile (G1) in March. He's 0-for-2 since, most recently finishing sixth in the Eddie Read (G2).

Speed Boat Beach went five furlongs in 1:00.2 at Del Mar, 16th fastest of 49 at the distance. Unraced since winning the Malibu (G1) in December, the 4-year-old Bayern colt returned to the tab last month after a five-month break.
