Thursday’s Santa Anita Park Recap – February 26
One wire job (6.5f) and five stalking types accounted for the six winners on the fast main track. Both firm turf races were won in wire-to-wire fashion (8f, 6.5f – rail at 24 feet).
Rafael Bejarano booted home a pair. Richard Baltas saddled two winners.
On the Late Pick 4 ticket front, I got the final three winners home (My Jealous, Fantastic Style, Price of Glory). I needed Taylor Lane or Scatfish in the 5th race but they ended up 2nd and 4th.
