Thursday Del Mar Recap – August 21

Two sprint wire jobs (6.5f, 6f) on a Polytrack surface that seemed to play fair overall. The lone turf race (11f) was captured by a late runner (rail at 30 feet).

Saul Arias and Agapito Delgadillo both booted home a pair. Peter Eurton saddled back-to-back Polytrack sprint winners (races 5-6).

Using the Primary-Secondary strategy on Thursday, I tabbed two Primary winners (Volkonsky, Ashley’s Sassy) and one Secondary winner (Hot Market).
