Even with racing on hold at Santa Anita Park and the highly anticipated meeting of Game Winner and Improbable dashed in the San Felipe Stakes (G2), a massive weekend remains on the 2019 Kentucky Derby trail.

Three prep races will run, awarding points toward the May 4 race at Churchill Downs, with two of those -- the Gotham Stakes (G3) and Tampa Bay Derby (G2) -- offering points on a 50-20-10-5 scale to the Top 4 finishers. It's win and you're in.

Elsewhere, in one other qualifier on the Polytrack, Turfway Park hosts its Jeff Ruby Steaks (G3), formerly known as the Spiral Stakes, with that one paying out points on a 20-8-4-2 basis. This year, the Ruby runs early enough to allow its winner to run once more before the first Saturday in May.

Courtesy of Brisnet, check out past performances for all three races. In addition to recent running lines, the PPs rank contenders on speed and pace figures, plus assign running styles. Don't miss the ultimate comments, either, which point out key stats for each horse.
