A field of eight is set for Saturday's 2018 Preakness Stakes, with the group led by Kentucky Derby winner Justify and Good Magic, who was runner-up to him May 5 at Churchill Downs.

Those two scared off a number of others, leaving a historically small field at Pimlico Race Course. Three years ago, American Pharoah also faced seven rivals on his way to sweeping the Triple Crown series.

Brisnet has provided free past performances to help with your handicapping. Scroll past the basic past performances for more Brisnet insights, including rankings of last-race and average figures that could define which higher-priced horses to include in your bets.
