DerbyWars Kicks Off Derby Season With $25K Contest
{{monthName}} {{day}}, {{year}} {{hour12}}:{{minuteTwoDigit}}{{dayPeriod}}
Just in time for the major Kentucky Derby preps, DerbyWars presents the $25,000 Florida and Louisiana Derby handicapping contest!
Players have a chance to win the $10,000 first prize if they have the high score after 12 races. Buy-in for the contest is $115, but savvy players can qualify during the week for as little as $19 in daily qualifiers. Last month's big winner did just that, scoring 2 entries via low-cost qualifier.
The feature races in this weekend's game are the G1 Florida Derby, where Shanghai Bobby tries for redemption against the speedy Itsmyluckyday and late-closing Orb. This is a major Derby prep that offers 100 points and a guaranteed spot in the starting gate on May 4 for the winning horse. Also in the game is the G2 Louisiana Derby, featuring the talented Revolutionary and a strong field also vying for the guaranteed entry into the Kentucky Derby.
Show your skills at horse picking Saturday and enter a qualifier now!
