Royal Alluvial broke sharp and led at every point of call in the seventh race Sunday at Arlington Park in his debut to become the first winner for freshman sire Alluvial.
Trained by Michael Stidham for Arapaho LLC, Royal Alluvial won by four lengths and covered 5½ furlongs on the synthetic Polytrack surface in 1:05.48 under jockey Michael Baze. The filly is one of three winners from seven starters out of the unraced Stalwart mare Princess Lea.
