WinStar Farm’s Endorsement has a non-displaced right front condylar fracture and will not be entered for the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I).
Endorsement, trained by Shannon Ritter, worked this morning at Churchill Downs, getting a half-mile in :47 2/5. With Ritter aboard for the work, the son of Distorted Humor went in :12 2/5, :24, :35 3/5, and galloped out five furlongs in 1:00, 1:13 3/5, and 1:29.
Ritter said she noticed Endorsement was off while walking back to the barn.
