Enable in foal: 'An exciting new chapter'

Beloved superstar Enable is in foal to Kingman, Juddmonte Farms announced Monday.

The 7-year-old mare was retired in the fall with $14 million in winnings and 11 Group 1 victories in England, Ireland and France — plus a score in the 2018 Breeders' Cup Turf in her only U.S. start. Read more abut Enable's career here.

In her final start, Enable finished sixth in the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe (G1), a race she has won twice before.

Kingman was a four-time Group 1 winner at a mile before he was retired at age 3 with a throat infection. His progeny include Domestic Spending, winner of the Hollywood Derby (G1) in November for trainer Chad Brown.
