Easily the leading money earner in the field, Edwards Going Left, along with up and coming Surfing Star, headline Sunday’s $100,000 Tiznow Stakes, to be contested at one mile over the Santa Anita Park main track. Named for two-time Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Tiznow, a California-bred son of Cee’s Tizzy who was bred and owned by Cee Straub Rubens and trained by Jay Robbins, the Tiznow has attracted a field of five older horses bred or sired in California.

The Tiznow is a part of the lucrative Golden State Series, which is sponsored by the California Thoroughbred Breeders Association.
