WinStar Farm's DOUBLES PARTNER (Rock Hard Ten) reiterated his
preference for the grass with a rallying score in Friday's $200,550 American Turf S. (G2) at Churchill Downs. Rebounding from an
eighth-place performance in the Lane's End S. (G2) on Turfway Park's
Polytrack, the Todd Pletcher trainee swept to the front at the top of
the stretch and powered to a 1 3/4-length victory. The royally-bred bay
is now three-for-three on the turf.
