Double Pick 6 carryover set for Sunday's Aqueduct races

The Pick 6 sequence went unsolved for a second straight day Saturday at Aqueduct Racetrack, resulting in a double carryover of $48,374 heading into Sunday's card.

Sunday's nine-race card gets underway at 12:20 p.m ET. The Pick 6 sequence will begin in Race 4 with a post-time of 1:47 p.m. ET and will be highlighted by the $150,000 New York Stallion Series Great White Way, a six-furlong sprint for juveniles, slated as Race 8.

Saturday's Pick 6 sequence began in Race 4 with 19-1 longshot Letzgometz (No. 7, $40.20) opening up in the stretch to win by 7 3/4 lengths. Post-time favorite New Year's Wish (No. 3, $4.70) successfully took Race 5, followed by Haikal (No. 5, $8.10) graduating in Race 6. 

Syndergaard (No. 5, $13.80) captured Race 7 and Honor Up (No. 5, $11.20) took the penultimate race of the day with Harry Hernandez aboard for trainer Michelle Nevin and Saratoga Seven Racing Partners. 

T Loves a Fight (No. 10, $10.40), piloted by Reylu Gutierrez for trainer Linda Rice, wrapped up the day's card for owners Hoffman Thoroughbreds. A consolation payout of $1,397 was awarded to bettors who had five of six winners.
