DiVito Runners Experience Bad Trips

“We didn’t have very good trips in either race,” said trainer Jimmy DiVito Sunday morning when asked about the third-place finish of William Cox’s Ann of the Dance in Saturday’s Grade III Arlington-Washington Lassie as well as the eighth-place run of B Jock Racing’s Twelve Hundred in the Grade III Arlington-Washington Futurity.

“We’ll probably take Ann of the Dance to Keeneland but keep Twelve Hundred here in Chicago for something at Hawthorne,” DiVito added.  “He’s an Illinois-bred.”
