Mike played a mix of favorites and mid-priced horses, scoring in all but 4 of the races. Demonstrating just how hittable this week's contest was, he had Secret Circle, Dortmund and California Chrome among his plays. He takes home $7,125 in cash as well as the chance to play for $50K, with a spot in the $100,000 game.
In second place with $95.20 was Terrence Wraight (ocalarocket); Albert Tiernan (dodobird) was third with a final score of $89.90, and George Chute (mrc) finished in fourth place with $85.90 on the board. The top 4 finishers get a guaranteed spot in the $100K Game on Dec. 26-27!
$10,000 High Stakes Action Sunday
Tyler Bennet (hineybird1) killed it and took down the $5,000 first prize in Sunday's $10,000 High Stakes Game! His top play was Killingit at Churchill, for a $48.80 score - almost a capper!
In second was Barbara Bowley (Sophia) with $92.10 for the $3,000 second prize, and Robert Reidy (benz42086) in third place with $88 for $2,000 in cash.
