Sunday’s Closing Day Betfair Hollywood Park Recap – July 14
Both surfaces seemed to play fair.
Rafael Bejarano and Edwin Maldonado both booted home a pair to tie atop the rider standings. Leading trainer John Sadler saddled two more winners and Bejarano rode both. Mike Puype saddled three winners including a pair of upset debut winners on closing day.
On the ticket front I tabbed one Primary (Ethnic Dance) winner and one Secondary (Teton County) winner.
