Saturday’s Del Mar Recap  – August 31 (5 out of 6)

Polytrack seemed to play fair and yielded one 6f wire job winner. A pair of patient types captured both turf routes carded (9f, 8.5f).

Hat trick for Victor Espinoza. Mike Smith booted home a pair. Bob Baffert and Jerry Hollendorfer both saddled two winners on the afternoon.

Using the Primary-Secondary ticket strategy on Saturday, I tabbed four Primary winners (Socialbug, Blue Tone, She’s a Tiger, Rookie Sensation) and one Secondary winner (Stole a Kiss). Radio show best bet Sidebar gave me a money run in the finale but ultimately settled for the show. The 5 out of 6 consolation prize paid $65.20 and I had it twice.
