BOBBY FRANKEL'S statistical accomplishments are admirable - and well-documented.
There is not much to add when it comes to his remarkable success in a sport that is oh so competitive, one given to so many highs if you are fortunate and so many lows if you are not. Some sort of a mixture of each is the best most can hope for, and not even Frankel could dodge a few lows here and there.
But those statistics will be just a part of the legacy left behind by the man whose passing leaves a huge emptiness in the sport he served so well for so long.
