Classical Slew returns in San Vicente

Joseph Lacombe Stable’s Classical Slew will return from a six-month layoff to take on six challengers in the $150,000 San Vicente Stakes (G2) on Monday at Santa Anita Park.

Trained by Doug O’Neill, the Bernstein colt is the only runner in the field with a stakes victory to his credit after capturing Willard L. Proctor Memorial Stakes last June at Hollywood Park.
