Two years ago, Chip Woolley splashed onto the national stage in thoroughbred racing when he won the Kentucky Derby with 50-1 longshot Mine That Bird. Since the 2009 Triple Crown, Woolley has slipped out of the spotlight.
He got back into it last week, but for all the wrong reasons.
Now training at Prairie Meadows Racetrack in Iowa, Woolley was found to be urinating publicly at the track’s casino last Saturday.
