Lightning after Thursday’s second race caused Canterbury Park to delay racing for nearly 60 minutes. The third race was abandoned and racing resumed with the fourth race, moved to the main track, as heavy rains fell.

Race five, also moved to the main track, was run and it was decided that because track conditions the remaining three races and the third race, which was not conducted, would be added to Saturday’s existing nine-race program.

Thursday’s race three will be run as race 10. Thursday’s race six, now on the main track because of sunset, will be race 11; Thursday’s race seven will be race 12, and Thursday’s race eight will be race 13, the final race of the season.
