RYAN MOORE has been booked to ride Buena Vista in next Saturday's $10million Dubai World Cup with Christophe Soumillon, who has partnered the classy Japanese mare on her last three starts, likely to be aboard Bold Silvano for Mike de Kock.
Buena Vista, runner-up to the John Gosden-trained Dar Re Mi in last year's Group 1 Sheema Classic on the big night, heads a Japanese quartet which is completed by Victoire Pisa, Transcend and Rulership.
Trained by Hiroyoshi Matsuda, Buena Vista was controversially demoted to second in last year's Japan Cup behind Rose Kingdom, before being denied by the Katsuhiko Sumii-trained Victoire Pisa in the Arima Kinen in December.
