River Tiber is out of BC Juvenile Turf; see all scratches

River Tiber, the 3-1 morning-line favorite for Friday’s Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf at Santa Anita, was scratched.

The 2-year-old colt trained by Aidan O’Brien has three wins from five career starts, with a win in the Group 2 Coventry Stakes at Ascot in June. He then finished third in both the Prix Morny (G1) and the Middle Park (G1).
